Fabregas not planning Barcelona exit

13 June 2013 - 05:23

Man Utd and Arsenal target Cesc Fabregas has told reporters that there is no plan for him to leave boyhood club Barcelona and return to the Premier League. The Spanish international midfielder has reportedly been unhappy at the Nou Camp since returning from London.

  • Arsenal to swap Gabriel Jesus for Inter Milan star?
  • Arsenal leading race to sign Belgian midfielder

  • Speculation was rife at the end of the season that Fab would be returning to London and the Premier League after the midfielder purchased a new house in London.

However, Fabregas has been quick to dispel the reports of a move away.

"I've always said I'm delighted at Barca," quipped Fabregas. "Whoever says I'm leaving doesn't know me and has never talked to me or my agent, because he knows I don't want him to talk with other peolple about me.

“I'm very private and don't talk about those issues, even with my family.

"If anybody says something different than that I want to play for Barcelona, that's absurd."
