Aston Villa to sign Antonio Luna

Aston Villa are hopeful that a deal can be agreed for Spanish left back Antonio Luna from Sevilla. The defender played last year on loan at Mallorca and impressed during his short time there.

Aston Villa are eager to bring in some defenders this summer to shore up their rocky defence, the 22-year-old player is comfortable playing in midfield as well but Villa expect to put Luna at left defence.<br />

The player will join Villa for a fee of around 3.1 million Euros and is currently locked in talks with the Villans regarding his contract with the club.
