  • The 29-year-old will undergo a medical in Turin and will then discuss terms for a three year contract. Man City's new manager Manuel Pellegrini reportedly told Tevez that he is no longer part of his long term plans this summer. The money from the sale of Tevez will be reinvested back into the squad, with City expected to then push for a transfer for Napoli forward Edinson Cavani.

Tevez made 148 appearances for the club and scored 74 goals, but after a high profile fall out with ex-manager of the club Roberto Mancini, his long term future at the club came into doubt. The pair later settled their differences.
