Real ask Arsenal to increase Higuain's offer

01 July 2013 - 13:40

Real Madrid forward Gonzalo Higuain has reportedly approached closer to the exit-door of the La Liga giants Real Madrid. The Argentine International goal-poacher is in the process of wrapping up a deal and agreeing his personal agreed terms with Arsenal.

  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal
  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town

  • The only thing that is left to do is for the two clubs to come to an amicable agreement over the player's asking price as the side from the Spanish Capital are presumed to have been asking a whopping £25.5m to leave their lethal striker a way out of Spain.

According to reports in Spanish daily Marca, Higuain has completed all  his duties in the process of joining the North London club but the Argentine International must wait to see his fate as the two clubs continue discussions over the transfer fee for the player.
