Phil Neville to join Man Utd as first team coach

Manchester United are on the verge of completing a deal for Phil Neville, who will move to Old Trafford as the Red Devil's new first team coach. The 36-year-old arrives at United as part of David Moyes' new coaching team.

  • The defender, who played for United from 1995 until 2005, is a firm favourite at Man Utd. 



    Neville will be brought in to replace Rene Meulensteen, who last week decided to end his time at Old Trafford. Neville retired from playing at the end of last month when the Premier League season finished.
