Valencia Not Ready For Any Offers Below £25million For Soldado

The Daily Mirror reports that Tottenham target Roberto Soldado is going to cost them much more than what they had expected. Valencia has reportedly slapped a £25million price tag on their in-demand striker.

 • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
 • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
 • Andre Villas-Boas has been looking to strengthen his strike force ahead of the next season, after Spurs missed out on Champions League qualification again.
AVB has already made his interest in Barcelona’s David Villa and Aston Villa’s Christian Benteke public. He was also keen on landing the Valencia man for a price of around £17million, which was reportedly rejected by president Amadeo Salvao.
Valencia, who also missed out on Champions League football, have made it very clear that they do not intend to sell one of their most valuable players for anything below £25million, an amount that could trigger his release clause.
With the White Hart Lane so keen to bolster up their ranks, it would be interesting to see how the AVB led side reacts to this new price of their top target.
