Rafa Benitez will sign Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Julio Cesar on loan for the new season. The Brazilian shot stopper has been linked with a move to Arsenal for over two months.
The QPR keeper is free to leave the London side for a small fee after his team were relegated to the Championship last season, and a host of teams have shown some interest in the Brazilian number 1.
Arsenal were in pole position to sign the player, but it appears Napoli are the new favourites to complete his signing.
