Robert Lewandowski set to stay at Borussia Dortmund

Robert lewandowski has accepted the fact that he is set to stay as a Borussia Dortmund player for another season. The Bundesliga side denied the player a move to their rivals Bayern Munich this summer.

  • Arsenal to battle Napoli to sign Alexsandro Ribeiro?
  • AC Milan make offer to sign Riccardo Calafiori

  • The Polish International is rumoured to be set to join the Bundesliga Champions Bayern Munich in 12 months' time when his contract comes to a close, but reports suggest the striker was keen to finalise the deal through this summer.

Borussia Dortmund's recent signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from St.Etienne induced a fresh speculation that Lewandowski could be sold during the summer transfer window.

"I have to accept that I am under contract with Borrusia Dortmund and therefore I have to remain a player of the club", lewandowski told BILD.
