Totteham and Valencia enter Soldado talks

<strong>Tottenham Hotspurs are believed to be in negotiations with Valencia over the transfer of Spain international Roberto Soldado according to Sky sources.</strong>

  • Tottenham manager Andre Villas Boas has been chasing the Spanish striker while the La Liga side are holding out for Tottenham to meet the striker's buy out price. <br />

    It is believed that Valencia will be only willing to let their star striker go if the North Londoners cough up £25.8 million and buy out his contract. Soldado is also keen on a move to the Premier League and is tryihng to push through his move to White Hart Lane.<br />

    Soldado has spent 3 seasons at the Mestalla and scored 59 goals for the Spanish side. <br />

    The 28 year old will become Tottenham's third signing of the summer after Paulinho signed for the club from Corinthians and Nacer Chadlli moved recently from FC Twente.
