Tottenham defender Steven Caulker has been linked with a transfer to Premier League rivals Cardiff City and West Ham. The centre back has been told he is free to leave White Hart Lane and top flight newcomers Cardiff are in pole position to wrap up a deal.
Caulker is valued at around £4.7 million by Tottenham, with the centre back spending a season on loan at Swansea in 2011-2012 and now set to make a move away from White Hart Lane in search of regular first team football.<br />
Vlad Chiriches is Spurs' top transfer target should Caulker decide to quit Tottenham as the club look for a like for like replacement this summer.
