AC Milan have finally sealed the move of Inter defender Matias Silvestre on a season long loan deal. Silvestre had a disappointing season with the Nerazzurri last term.
It has been confirmed by Inter that the Argentine will spend the next season under the guidance of Massimiliano Allegri. Milan were in a desperate need for defensive signings this summer, following the injury sustained by Daniele Bonera.<br />
"Inter announce that the Argentine defender Matias Silvestre has been transferred to AC Milan on loan with an option to buy," a<span class="apple-converted-space"> <em>Nerazzurri</em><span class="apple-converted-space"> statement read.<br />
The 28-year-old joined the Nerazzurri from Palermo last season but failed to secure a regular starting spot for the club. He also spent three years at the Serie A outfit Catania.
