Dinamo Zagreb Executive Director Zdravko Mamic flew to Dubrovnik yesterday to meet up with Tottenham Chairman Daniel Levy to negotiate a move for the 17-year-old Croatian starlet Alen Halilovic, according to Sportske Novosti.
Mamic holds a good relationship with Levy since the North London club struck a deal for Luka Modric in 2008, and agreed to meet in the same destination where agreement was reached for the present Real Madrid midfielder.

Tottenham had been linked with a double swoop for Halilovic and fellow compatriot Tin Jedvaj for a fee of £17.1m, but Jedvaj chose to join Serie A side Roma for a fee of £3.5m.

Halilovic holds the record for the youngest ever player to represent Croatia's national team, in an International friendly against Portugal past month.
