Florian Marange to seal Crystal Palace move

16 August 2013 - 10:53

French defender Florian Marange has completed a move from Bordeaux to Crystal Palace. The left back has signed a three year deal at Selhurst Park and revealed immediately afterwards that other teams were interested in him.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Arsenal handed huge boost ahead of Bournemouth clash

  • The highly rated left back, who has been with Bordeaux since a youth player back in 2002, has sealed a deal to Selhurst Park today.

"I went there [to Livorno], I met with their leaders. The project was interesting, it was playing 3-5-2, a formation I like. But after thinking, I chose Crystal Palace," said Marange.

"I also had some contact with Brugge and Dinamo Moscow. I refused some proposals.

"Just ask any player where he dreams of signing and he will tell you the Premier League. This really is the best championship in the world."
