Sunderland consider move for Cheikh M'Bengue

29 August 2013 - 07:50

Sunderland manager Paolo Di Canio's spending spree is set to continue with a move for Senegalese international left back Cheikh M'Bengue. The Toulouse star has also attracted the interest of Rennes in recent weeks.

  • Enzo Fernandez wants to leave Chelsea
  • Man Utd can finally sign Ederson for huge bargain fee
  • M'Bengue has been with Toulouse since joining as a youngster back in 1996, and is said to be ready to move elsewhere to find a new challenge for his career. The 25-year-old is valued at approximately 2.5 million Euros.<br />

Di Canio is hopeful that a deal can be agreed before the transfer window slams shut on the 2nd September.
