Neymar :'Lionel Messi is my Idol'

Brazilian International Neymar has described his Barcelona teammate Lionel Messi as his "idol".

The highly-talented forward joined the Catalan outfit from Santos for a fee of  £48.6m this summer and has no doubt as to who is the prime player at the Camp Nou.



Neymar told reporters: <em>"Messi is above all, I admire him.He is my idol. I respect him a lot. He has been the best player in the world for four times now, and he's eager to do it again.<br /></em><br /><em>"My life in Barcelona is quiet, but I love how everything is going. I love the city, the club and the people I work with. Everything is perfect."</em><br /><br />Neymar notched up 24 goals in 40 appearances for Brazilian side Santos before his move.
