Arsenal are reportedly keen to acquire the services of Greek forward Konstantinos Mitroglou from Olympiacos when the winter transfer window opens up in January.
The 25-year-old striker has failed to establish himself as the main striker with the Greek giants since his move from Bundesliga outfit Borussia Mönchengladbach in 2007.
However, Mitroglou has had a great start to the new campaign having scored 12 goals in nine appearances in all competitions so far, and this has alerted a host of top European clubs to make an offer for the player's signature.<br /><br />Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is keen on adding a striker when the transfer window reopens in January and is likely to make an offer for the talented forward.<br />
It is believed that Olympiacos would accept a fee in the region of £7m for the Greek international.
