Barcelona are reportedly set to sign Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina for a transfer fee of around £4.2m at the end of the season, according to El Mundo Deportivo.
The La Liga giants are keen on adding a new goalkeeper to their ranks at the end of the current campaign , as their current number one Victor Valdes is poised to leave Camp Nou.
The report claims that the 31-year-old Spanish International, who is currently on loan at Napoli, reached an agreement with the Reds on leaving the club for good at the end of the season.
Barcelona who are also monitoring Borussia Monchengladbach shot stopper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, presently consider Reina as the preferred option due to his experience and familiarity with the club's style of play.
