Tottenham club representatives have reportedly flown to Brazil to watch Santos' young winger Neilton in action. According to reports, Spurs are ready to make a mega money contract offer to Neilton as they hope to secure his signing in the January transfer window.

The 19-year-old starlet is currently out of contract at Santos leaving Europe's biggest clubs stumbling for his signature and the player and his Brazilian club desperate to agree contract terms with the player.<br />

Santos have already been playing the forward in their first team this year and Neilton has scored an impressive 4 goals in 15 games, with an excellent return of six assists. Tottenham will also have competition from AC Milan and Barcelona for Neilton's coveted signature.
