Liverpool planning bid for French starlet Yann M'Vila?

Rubin Kazan's defensive midfielder Yann M'Vila was spotted in the stands watching Liverpool's game against Everton this weekend. M'Vila's presence there has sparked a flurry of transfer rumours linking the Frenchman with a transfer to Anfield in January.

Since moving to Russian side Rubin, M'Vila has so far struggled to adapt to life in the country and is reportedly seeking a transfer away as soon as possible. The defensive midfielder has long been linked with a move to the Premier League, with both Arsenal and QPR coming very close to signing the player from his former club Rennes.<br />

However, Liverpool are now believed to be ready to make a massive bid to bring M'Vila to Merseyside and manager Brendan Rodgers is confident that a deal can be wrapped up sometime in January for the player.
