Everton are reportedly preparing a bid to sign Valencia forward Jonas during the winter transfer window.
The 29-year-old Brazilian has been in top form for the La Liga outfit this season, having netted eight goals in all competitions for the club, which includes a hattrick in his side's 3-0 win over Osasuna last weekend.
Report from Diario AS claims that Everton have been tracking the developments of the player at the Mestalla over the past few weeks and are readying a transfer offer for the talented Brazilian when the winter window opens in January.
Reports elsewhere suggest that the Merseyside outfit have already made an offer in the region of £8m for the player, but Valencia have rebuffed the fee as the club value the player at £16m.
