French giants AS Monaco are preparing a transfer offer of around £17m, in order to acquire the services of Manchester City defender Vincent Kompany during next summer.
French newspaper L'Equipe claims that Claudio Ranieri will make an ambitious attempt to land the signature of the talented Belgian International at the end of the current season.<br />
