Tottenham full-back Kyle Walker is reportedly considered as a top transfer target for French giants AS Monaco in the winter transfer window.

Les Rouge et Blanc have been active in the transfer market since their promotion to Ligue 1 this season, and have spent over &pound;140m during the summer to sign some of the hottest talents in Europe which include the likes of&nbsp;James Rodriguez, Radamel Falcao and Joao Moutinho.<br />

Manager Claudio Ranieri is now keen on signing the highly talented England International Kyle Walker from the White Hart Lane , and a report from the Telegraph claims that the player's long-term contract with the North London outfit will not prevent Monaco from launching a lucrative transfer offer for the player come the winter transfer window in January.<br />

Walker has been ever present for Spurs in the Premier League this season.
