The Nou Camp side have reportedly made an offer for the centre back.The Belgian international has already attracted the attentions of several clubs in the past but Barcelona have made an enquiry to Spurs and are confident they can acquire the defender in January.With the long term future of Carles Puyol supposedly uncertain, Barca are looking to find a suitable replacement.20Spurs have reportedly slapped a 30 million Euro price on Vertonghen.
