Portuguese international midfielder Deco has insisted that his Barcelona teammates must work harder in order away from home in order to mount their La Liga challenge for the next few seasons.
The Catalans' last away victory in the Primera Liga came at the expense of Levante late in September when they romped to a crushing 4-1 victory.
Since then, they never enjoyed good days on the road. Portuguese playmaker Deco, who is sidelined through injury, revealed the formula for recovery.
"Our big problem is away matches. We have to realise that teams play another way. Theyâre more aggressive and donât respect you so much," Deco told the club's official website.
"On the other hand, when they come to the Camp Nou theyâre not like that. When they play at home theyâre not afraid to attack, theyâre more comfortable.
"You need to work harder than them. We have to be mentally prepared in order to know what we will find."
