Jussi's agent confirms leave

19 November 2007 - 21:20

Jussi Jaaskelainen's agent Peter Harrison has confirmed that the Bolton and Finland international goalkeeper will definitely be leaving the club in the summer on a Bosman ruling after failing to agree terms.

  • Chelsea suffer big injury blow ahead of Everton game
  • Enzo Fernandez refuses to rule out Chelsea exit
  • The 32-year-old, who has completed 10 years with the Trotters, is out of contract in the summer and Harrison revealed he has generated plenty of interest with foreign clubs.

“There are no talks planned with Bolton and various agents and clubs have been in touch with me from abroad and we will assess it in January,” he told setantasports.com.

“We are very disappointed with the way talks went but we will just have to get on.

“I think he will be leaving at the end of the season, I don’t think he will leave mid way through the season.”
