West Bromwich Albion are reportedly set to secure the services of AC Milan defender Cristian Zaccardo in a few days' time.
The 32-year-old, who capable of playing as either a right-back or centre-back, joined the Rossoneri from Parma during last season's winter transfer window, but has failed to make an impact for the Serie A club, having just made eight appearances in all competitions for the club until now.
According to a report from TuttoMercatoWeb, the talented defender is in advanced talks with the Baggies over a move in January.
Zaccardo has earned 17 caps for the Italian national side and was part of their 2006 World Cup winning squad.
