PSV weigh up permanent deal for Man City's Rekik

Manchester City's 19-year-old defender Karim Rekik, who is currently on loan at Dutch club PSV Eindhoven, has been linked with a permanent move to the Dutch club. The centre back has impressed in the Eredivisie and PSV are hopeful that a deal can be agreed.

  • Since arriving at Eindhoven, Rekik has already played in over 16 games for the club and scored a goal in the Eredivisie. Man City manager Manuel Pellegrini wants to take a closer look at Rekik and has asked a scout to closely monitor the performances of the defender this year before making a decision on the player's future.<br />

    According to a report from the Netherlands, PSV are willing to pay 1 million Euros to secure a permanent deal.
