Manchester United boss David Moyes has revealed that Brazilian midfielder Anderson has agreed over a temporary switch to Fiorentina.
The 25-year-old was believed to be closing in on the loan deal, having made just four appearances for the Red Devils in the Premier League this season.
Moyes insisted that the club allowed the transfer as the player failed to get enough game time with the Premier League champions.
"We've not been able to get him as many games as he'd have hoped." Moyes said.
Anderson is understood to be having a medical in Italy ahead of a loan move to Fiorentina.
