AC Milan have reportedly agreed a deal to secure the services of Chelsea's Ghanaian star Michael Essien.

The Rossoneri have secured the services of the Essien, following weeks of speculation over the Ghanaian's future with the Blues.



The Blues revealed in their official twitter account that a transfer fee has been agreed between the two parties , and a move is subject to a medical and Essien agreeing to personal terms.



Essien has fallen down the pecking order at the West London outfit under manager Jose Mourinho this season, with the likes of John Obi Mikel, Ramires and David Luiz prefered ahead of him.
