Will Chelsea break Man City's excellent home run?

03 February 2014 - 12:13

Chelsea visit the Etihad Stadium to face off against Manchester City in the most awaited Premier League clash on Monday night.

  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal
  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town

  • Title favourites Manchester City have had an excellent record at home in the Premier League this season having won all 11 of their games, and will go back to the summit should they beat Chelsea tonight.

However, many media sources predict that the Blues could earn a big win over the Citizens due to manager Jose Mourinho's excellent tactical setup.

The Times writer Tony Cascarino also gave the West London club a vote of confidence, he wrote: "If anyone can stop the Manchester City juggernaut, it is Jose Mourinho".

The Portuguese manager is likely to use a 4-2-3-1 formation for the encounter in order to minimize the involvement of Yaya Toure and Fernandinho in the midfield department.

    Possible Line-up :

4-3-2-1 : Cech ; Azpilicueta, Terry, Cahill, Ivanovic; Matic, Luiz, Ramires; Hazard, Willian; Eto'o
