Liverpool are understood to have made an enquire about the availability of Levante goalkeeper Keylor Navas in the summer.
According to The Daily Star, the Reds have stepped up their interest on the talented Costa Rican star who looks set to feature for the national side in this summer's World Cup finals in Brazil.
Manager Brendan Rodgers is considered to be keen on signing Navas for the next campaign in order to provide more competition to current number one Simon Mignolet.
Navas has a release clause of £8m in his contract, which runs out in the summer of 2015.
