Micah Richards to quit Man City this summer?

12 April 2014 - 12:16

Manchester City right-back Micah Richards is reportedly set to leave the club in the summer, according to Sky Sports.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • The talented England international is believed to be keen on ending his 13 year spell at the Citizens, as he aims to play regular first-team football at a new club next season.

Sky Sports reports that the 25-year-old has fallen down the pecking order under manager Manuel Pellegrini, with Pablo Zabaleta considered at the first-team choice. In addition to this, Richards is likely to reject a new deal at the club, with the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool having shown interest in securing his services.

Richards has made 244 appearances for the Citizens in his career so far.
