Levys Berbatov warning

Levy's Berbatov warning

27 November 2007 - 09:56

Daniel Levy has fired a warning to Tottenham striker Dimitar Berbatov regarding his future at the club. The Bulgarian is happy at the club; however, it is reported that the club wish to warn the player for his actions.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • Berbatov has been linked with a move to Man Utd in the future, and the Spurs striker has fallen out of favour at the club.

Levy however is optimistic that Berbatov or for that matter other Spurs’ regulars, will stay with the north London club.

He said: "I don't expect any of our first-team players to be leaving in January and I very much hope they'll be here in the summer. But the summer is a long way off and a lot can happen between now and then. No one person is bigger than the club. This is a team."
