Man Utd to renew interest in Cesc Fabregas

Manchester United are reportedly set to make a fresh pursuit for the services of Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas this summer, according to a report.

The talented Spaniard was believed to be closing in on a switch to the Red Devils last summer, but the Catalan giants rejected bids from the Mancunian giants for his services.

 

However, Fabregas is known to be considering his future at the club next season, following jeers focused at him from the club's faithful in recent games.

 

According to The Daily Star, the Red Devils will make a renewed attempt to land the Spaniard's services in the summer, but will likely face stiff competition from former club Arsenal, who are also open to a bid for his signature.

 

Fabregas joined Barca from the Gunners in the summer of 2011.
