Chelsea are reportedly keen on landing the signature of  Everton defender John Stones this summer, according to The People.
The 19-year-old has flourished under manager Roberto Martinez this season, as he helped the club earn a Europa League qualification spot by finishing in fifth in the Premier League.

Stones's excellent form has seen him placed in Roy Hodgson's standby list for the the England World Cup squad. The People claims that the Blues are ready to make a summer bid in the region of £12m for the player's services.

Stones joined the Toffees from Barnsley for £3m in January 2013.
