Queens Park Rangers forward Bobby Zamora looks set to earn a new one-year contract extension following his promotion clincher against Derby County in the play-off final on Saturday.
Zamora, 33, has been linked with a summer exit from the R's with the club's hierachy unwilling to extend his stay at Loftus Road.
However, the situation seems to have paved a new direction following his goal-scoring heroics against promotion favourites Derby County, in spite of the West London outfit being a man down for much of the second half.
