French international defender Mathieu Debuchy has refused to commit his long term future to Newcastle and is seemingly heading for a return to his homeland, with Paris St Germain ready to offer 8 million Euros.

Debuchy is unhappy with his manager Alan Pardew and wants to move to Paris to continue his career. The defender has hinted in January that it is his dream to one day play for PSG and is hopeful a deal can be wrapped up in time for the new season.
