Rafael Varane dismisses Chelsea link

Real Madrid's French defender Raphael Varane has denied speculation linking him with a summer switch to Chelsea, according to Telefoot.

The 21-year-old has been constantly associated with a move to the Blues, with manager Jose Mourinho keen on signing his former player as a replacement for Paris Saint-Germain bound David Luiz.

However, rumours has been squashed by Varane, who is now keen on playing for the national team in the upcoming World Cup finals in Brazil rather than deciding on his future at Real Madrid.

"Right now, I'm not thinking about [the Chelsea rumours], we have the World Cup ahead of us," Varane said."We have a young, motivated team that can do great things and has no limits. I love the national team and contribute everything I have to them."
