Roma to beat Arsenal to Stephane Ruffier's signature?

Italian giants AS Roma are expected to make a summer move for Saint-Etienne goalkeeper Stephane Ruffier, according to InsideFutbol.

The talented shot-stopper has been in top form for the Ligue 1 outfit in recent seasons, and is considered as a top transfer target for the Gunners this summer, as they aim to find a suitable replacement for outbound Lukasz Fabianski.

InsideFutbol claims that Roma are ready to have a bidding war with Gunners, and are hopeful that the prospect of playing regular first-team football will convince the French No.2 to choose them over warming the benches at the North London club next season.
