According to The Express, the 23-year-old, who scored a hat-trick against Honduras at Manaus, is considered as a top transfer target for Liverpool this summer. In addition to this, the Merseyside giants are ready to finally make a formal offer to secure his signature.
Shaqiri joined Bayern Munich from Swiss outfit FC Basel in the summer of 2012.
