Spanish goalkeeper Victor Valdes is to complete a free transfer move to AS Monaco. The French side have been looking to complete a deal for Valdes for over a year.
The shot stopper is a firm favourite of Monaco owner Dmitry Rybolovlev and will earn a reported 100,000 euros per week playing for the Ligue 1 side.
Barcelona and Valdes parted company this summer as the goalkeeper had refused to sign a new deal at the Nou Camp.
