Napoli are reportedly plotting a summer swoop for Liverpool defender Lucas Leiva, according to a report.
The talented midfielder had been in the fringes of the first-team last season, and is now open to a switch away from Anfield.
The 27-year-old has been constantly linked with a transfer away from the Merseyside giants over the past month, and Sky Sport Italia claims that Napoli are interested in signing the Brazil international this summer.
Former Reds manager Rafael Benitez signed Leiva from Gremio in 2007.
