Newly promototed Premier League side Leicester City are believed to be interested in signing Sunderland striker Connor Wickham during the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old, who spent much of last season on loan away from the Black Cats, was called upon in the latter stages of the league season, where he scored five goals to help the Wearside club avoid relegation from the top tier.
According to the Mail, Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson is keen on strengthening the club's attacking department this summer, and will make a move for the former Ipswich man.
Wickham joined the Black Cats from Ipswich in the summer of 2011.
