Chelsea have agreed to let Belgian youngster Thorgan Hazard complete a move on loan to German side Borussia Monchengladbach. The starlet spent last season on loan at Zulte Waregem.
The Belgian club have been in contact with the Blues for over two months regarding Hazard's availability and Jose Mourinho has agreed to let the player leave for a small annual fee, believed to be in the region of 250,000 Euros.
Hazard's brother, Eden, is a Chelsea first team regular and Thorgan hopes that some experience abroad will improve his own chances of forcing his way into the Blues' starting line up.
