Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considered front-runners to secure the services of of Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, according to The Express.
The Gunners have been associated with a switch for the talented French international over the past weeks, with Borussia Dortmund and Napoli also monitoring his situation.
The Express claims that Spurs have already held talks with the Saints star over personal terms and are ready to make an offer for his signature this summer.
However, the South Coast club are understood to be keen on keeping hold of their prized asset, having already sold the likes of Adam Lallana, Luke Shaw and Rickie Lambert during the transfer window.
