Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal has, for the first time, admitted that he would like to make a move to the Premier League to play for Man Utd. Vidal has been linked with a 45 million euro transfer to England.
Vidal, one of the stars of Chile's campaign at the World Cup, has been long coveted by Manchester United, who yesterday had apparently given up in their efforts to sign the Juve defensive midfielder.
However, Vidal has offered a glimmer of hope after telling reporters that he would be open to a move this month.
"I've heard about the rumours, but I haven't spoken more about this subject," said the midfielder when asked about a potential move to Manchester United.
"I'm enjoying my holidays, and when I return to Italy I'll see what happens.
"I'm very calm, but anyone would love to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world."
Man Utd are rumoured to have already tabled their first bid for the Chile international.
