Tottenham Hotspur have successfully completed the signing of Swansea City pair Ben Davies and Michel Vorm in a deal that sees Gylfi Sigurdsson move the other way.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • Defender Ben Davies is understood to have joined Spurs on a five-year deal worth £10m, while his fellow team-mate and goalkeeper Vorm has penned a four-year deal.

This is what Davies had to say on the transfer: "I will always be grateful for what Swansea City has done for me and it will always be the club in my heart.

"Having been at the club since the age of eight, I had to think long and hard about leaving because I owe everything to the staff and the club in general."

Meanwhile, Sigurdsson who previously plyed his trade with the Swans in 2012, also revealed his delight on the switch.

"It's fantastic for me. I really enjoyed the last time I was here, so it's good to be back." He said.
