Bid rejected by AC Milan for Kevin Constant

Constant moving to Turkey?

Bid rejected by AC Milan for Kevin Constant

27 July 2014 - 16:50

AC Milan have reportedly rejected an initial bid by Super Lig club Trabzonspor for Kevin Constant as they expect the club to return with a better offer.

  • Chelsea ready to sell four home-grown players
  • Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Aston Villa, Palmer starts

  • The Rossoneri are looking to cash in on the 27-year-old Guinean and have been reportedly interested in signing Zenit St. Petersburg's Domenico Criscito as Constant's replacement.

Milan have dismissed an offer they considered far below their evaluation of the former Genoa player but president Silvio Berlusconi will be open to negotiations if the Turkish club raise their original sum.

Constant shared the left back duty last season with Dutchman Urby Emanuelson, but with Constant’s poor displays and the Holland international’s move to Roma, the Rossoneri need to buy a defender as a matter of urgency.
