Queens Park Rangers will agree a transfer for French midfielder Lassana Diarra after the player was sacked by his club Lokomotiv Moscow for refusing to train with the Russian side.
The former Arsenal, Chelsea and Portsmouth holding midfielder will link up with his former coach at Pompey once more, Harry Redknapp; as he looks to help QPR in their fight to retain Premier League status.
Diarra has already agreed an 80,000 pounds per week deal in principle with the Loftus Road outfit and has flown in for talks in London today.
The 29-year-old has been desperate for a move away from Russia for over two months and will finally get this way this week once a fee can be agreed between Lokomotiv and QPR.
