Turkish giants Besiktas and Galatasaray will go to battle with each other to sign Newcastle wizard Hatem Ben Arfa. The unpredictable Frenchman will be allowed to leave St James' Park.
It is understood that both teams have had an offer of 7.5 million pounds accepted for Ben Arfa and that the player will fly to Turkey for a medical and to agree personal terms.
The talented winger has always hinted that he might move to Turkey and recented fell out with Newcastle coach Alan Pardew.
The player will sign a four year contract in Turkey.
